“I changed shoes on the other side,” she said. “As soon as I took my wet shoes off and stepped down on the rocks, my feet [in socks] froze to the rocks. So I had to peel the rocks off and get my shoes on,” she said.

“My socks were still wet, but I did have dry shoes at that point.”
